Matcha is the grounds of whole green tea leaves, this means the potency of antioxidants is much greater than that of drinking steeped green tea.

  • Pure unrefined sugar, naturally derived from pressed cane juice. Sourced from Mesa Baja, a family-run farm in the hills of Columbia, these granules hold their bright tint joined by caramel undertones.

  • A finely ground powder of green tea leaves, this ingredient's hues is matched by its flavour. Light hints of sweetness, Matcha has a high concentration of antioxidants and immune boosting properties.

How to prepare

  • Based upon your desired brew size, select a jug and weigh 10g of Matcha Latte powder.

  • Ensure your chosen milk is chilled & fresh before pouring into a saucepan. Whisk your powder into the cold milk.

  • Gently heat the milk along with the latte powder on your stovetop, stirring occasionally to 65°. If you don’t have a thermometer, the small bubbles will typically indicate a temperature between 65-70 degrees. Please do not bring it to a boil.

  • Pour through a cup or glass & enjoy.

How to prepare

  • Prepare your water temperature to 75° & preheat your vessel.

  • With your bamboo scoop (or teaspoon), weigh a heaping amount of matcha into a sifter (about ½ of a teaspoon). Gently move the scoop around the sifter to release the matcha into the bowl. Evenly cover the matcha powder over the bowl.

  • Pour 50ml of hot water into the bowl & begin whisking vigorously in an W-motion until the matcha is frothy. Start from the bottom of the bowl and move up to remove bubbles. Add more water (50ml recommended) & continue to whisk. Slow whisking down at the end to to keep bubbles small.
