It is a pleasure to offer Click and Collect as a swift and convenient alternative to home delivery.

To place an order for collection, follow the steps below.

1. Add products to your cart

2. Select in-store collection as your order preference at checkout

3. Collect your order at store (Melbourne only)

Pick Up (Melbourne only) Click & Collect is available at our Cheltenham factory. At Checkout simply choose the pick up option and you will be alerted via email with collection details.

Collecting your order

Orders placed before 1pm will be ready for collection within the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm may not be ready until the following day. To avoid disappointment, we kindly ask that you wait until you have received an email confirming your order is available to collect before making your way to the store. Upon collection, you will need to show your order collection email.
