Longjing or ‘Dragon Well’ honours the acclaimed water hole outside of Hangzhou, China. Originating from the same region, this blend follows a customary practice where the slender leaves are hand-picked, pressed in a heated wok and eventuate to a flat form. Assembled, this infusion offsets a roasted and savoury scent.
