What you need

Step 1: Weigh & Prepare 3.5g per 100mL

Step 2: Whisk 10 secs

Step 3: Heat & Texture 65°C/149°F

Step 4: Serve

Pre-weigh Matcha Hue Latte powder and your chosen milk. The ratio is 3.5g of Matcha Hue Latte for every 100 mL of milk.

Pour milk into a steam jug or saucepan before adding the Matcha Hue Latte powder. Whisk powder into the cold milk vigorously until the ingredients are dispersed and the colour has transformed. Note: Please do not add hot water at this stage

Heat & Texture 65°C/149°F Steam Wand method: Steam until your chai reaches 65°C. To create a silky texture place tip of steam wand just left of centre so milk spins in a circular motion - this will ensure a creamy mouthfeel is achieved.

Pour into glass or cup. Optionally garnish with Matcha Hue Latte powder & serve.
