Weigh

Based upon your desired brew size, select a jug and weigh 10g of Red Velvet Latte powder.

Whisk

Ensure your chosen milk is chilled & fresh before pouring into a saucepan.

Whisk your powder into the cold milk.

Heat

Gently heat the milk along with the latte powder on your stovetop, stirring occasionally to 65°.

If you don’t have a thermometer, the small bubbles will typically indicate a temperature between 65-70 degrees. Please do not bring it to a boil.

Serve

Pour through a cup or glass & enjoy.

Pre-weigh Red Velvet Latte powder and your chosen milk. The ratio is 7g of Red Velvet Latte for every 100 mL of milk.

Pour milk into a steam jug or saucepan before adding the Red Velvet Latte powder. Whisk powder into the cold milk vigorously until the ingredients are dispersed and the colour has transformed. Note: Please do not add hot water at this stage

Heat & Texture 65°C/149°F Steam Wand method: Steam until your chai reaches 65°C. To create a silky texture place tip of steam wand just left of centre so milk spins in a circular motion - this will ensure a creamy mouthfeel is achieved.

Pour into glass or cup. Optionally garnish with Red Velvet Latte powder & serve.
