Sandakphu Spring White is a delicate white tea enchanted with a flowery aroma, emulating the East Nepalese Mountain air from where it’s sourced. Grown more than 7000ft above sea level, this spring harvest tea is produced with leaves from the second round of plucking, creating a flavour that captures the essence of sweet high mountain spring. The character is further enhanced by the mildest natural oxidation, with handpicked buds cooling in spring air for 18 hours, before being hand-rolled and sun dried. The result is a sweet, floral flavour, with an abundance of care put into every cup.
