How do I get free shipping? Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over $50 for Australian addresses. International customers unfortunately are not eligible for free shipping.
Who will deliver my parcel? Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post (eParcel and Express) or Star Track.
Victoria Metro 1-2 days, Regional 2-3 days
What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time? Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed. Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays. For Victorian addresses who have nominated Australia Post Express as their delivery service, your parcel may be delivered on a Saturday. If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel. If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel. Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
How can I return my purchase? We offer refunds for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact us via email@example.com or call 1300 766 243. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
How to track your parcel with Australia Post: 1. You'll find your tracking number under "Consignment Number" in the PDF document attached to your shipment confirmation email. 2. Enter this tracking number at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html For parcel enquiries you can contact Australia Post directly on 137 678 If you have been through these processes and still cannot locate your parcel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1300 766 243.
How to track your parcel with Star Track: 1. You'll find your job number in an email titled "StarTrack Courier - Pickup Confirmation" sent from Australia Post. 2. Enter this job number at https://my.startrackcourier.com.au/ and select the state as VIC. If you have been through these processes and still cannot locate your parcel, please email us at email@example.com or call 1300 766 243.
Am I eligible for free return shipping? If you'd like to confirm whether your return will be eligible for free return shipping, please contact our customer service team directly. Unfortunately we are not able to cover return postage fees on all return types.
When will my order be shipped? Order received before 11am leave the same day Orders received after 11am leave the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11am, or on the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday. Business days include Monday-Friday only.

Pick Up (Melbourne only) Click & Collect is available at our Collingwood Store. At Checkout simply choose the pick up option and you will be alerted via email with collection details.
How do I calculate freight cost? Before you checkout the shipping cost with be automatically calculated for you. Note: orders over $50 receive free shipping (Australia wide only).
